This policy explains what personal data Knockout Kitchen collects when you use this website or place an order, why we collect it, and how it's used.
When you place an order, you provide your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address. If you contact us by email, we receive whatever information you include in that message.
All payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe's own secure checkout page; Knockout Kitchen never sees, receives or stores your full card number or other payment card details.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Order and payment data is shared with Stripe, Inc. to process your payment. Where applicable, workplace subscription data for the Knockout Kitchen for Business portal is stored in our own database to run that service. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We keep order records for as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, tax and food-safety/allergen record-keeping purposes, and no longer than required by UK law.
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and in some circumstances to ask us to delete it or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@knockoutkitchen.co.uk.
